Service Class Overview
The Service Class Overview report shows information about the service classes in the sysplex.
It has an entry for each service class period showing:

Duration (if applicable)

Goal
-
Importance
-
Performance Index
-
Velocity
-
Number of transactions
-
Response time and standard deviation
-
Service consumed
-
Delays
-
Resource group information
Entries for server or served service classes can be expanded to show the "Serving" or "Served By" service classes.
Report Parameters
| Parameter | Description |
|---|---|
| Sysplex | Select the Sysplex to display |
| System | Only show data from this system, instead of the entire sysplex. |
| Policy Activation Time | Allows you to select the policy activation to display if the selected time period includes multiple activations. |
| Active Service Classes Only | Restrict the report to service class periods with activity during the selected time period. This can give you a quick indications of the number of active service class periods in the system. Active service classes are service classes where either service class service or number of transactions is greater than 0. |
