Class used to define a Packed Decimal field (type P). Fields are accessed via the MonitoringPerformanceRecord. See the MonitoringPerformanceRecord documentation for a code example to show how to define and access the fields.

Define a PackedField representing a field identified by owner and name

Parameters:

owner - the owner of the field e.g. "DFHTASK"

identifier - the 4 character identifier for the field including type e.g. "P031"

Returns:

PackedField entry identifying the field
